The villa is located near the luxury area of Andratx. It is nestled amongst olive trees in an authentic island setting, high in the mountains, and at the same time, only a 15 min. drive from the nearest beaches. The accommodation offers everything you could possibly need on holiday. There is a swimming pool with sunbeds, sunshades and canopy bed, a barbecue area as well as a covered terrace. Within 13 minutes you can reach the luxurious beach club Gran Folies with the possibility of booking a good lunch in the restaurant or booking a sunbed for the whole day.

In the villa, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fan are also included in the villa. Wi-Fi and TV are also available. The capacity of the villa is 8 adults.
